The Speed Tech Difference:

At Speed Tech Performance we start with an original part and spend pain staking time analyzing  the original part to ensure that we manufacture a perfect performance replacement the first time . 

We use CNC Milling machines, Lathes and a Mandrel bender to ensure that we produce repeatable accurate show quality products for your Muscle Car every time.

When it comes to the material we use, we have selected the finest quality material for our products.

• Our bushings are Acetron® versus Delrin. Both products are of the same type acetal however Acetron® has some significant benefits over Delrin.  Acetron® is the only porosity-free acetal product available today.  What does that mean; well after the machining process from the raw stock we have a quality finished product that has no pockets that can trap debris which can cause premature wear.  Acetron® provides the performance and machinability of acetal without center core porosity.  Acetron® offers low moisture absorption, high strength, stiffness and Internally lubricated for enhanced wear.  
• We use seamless steel tubing in every aspect of our arms. The seamless tubing produces a superior product, and is stronger overall.   
• Prior to powder coating, each control arm is hand inspected to ensure weld spatter is removed, and hand polished to remove imperfections caused by the manufacturing process. Once the surfaces are up to standard they are sand blasted to ensure any and all oils, greases and surface contamination is removed to ensure a superior surface for the final powder coating process.
• We utilize Powton Powder Coating providing qualities important to the show car enthuisiast, such as excellent weathering and chemical resistance, ease of cleaning, high hardness, and high Gloss.
