Baer Pro Plus System

Baer introduces the ALL NEW Pro Plus brake systems featuring our brand new 6P, 6 piston calipers and 13” or 14” slotted, drilled and zinc washed, 2 piece rotors. Attractive styling at an affordable price, Baer’s new Pro Plus front and rear brake systems are sure to please the most demanding owners and impress the most critical on-lookers!

The 6P calipers were designed to employ the same pad as is OE on Corvette C5 and C6 applications. This high performance pad style is available in more compounds ranging from street use to full race than that of any other pad, including many compounds available directly from Baer!

Utilizing the same technology often only found in competition motor sport brake systems costing thousands more, Baer has created one of the most powerful brake systems for the money ever offered by Baer! With features like internal cross-over tubes, standard powder coated finishes in Red, Black or Silver, slotted, drilled and zinc washed rotors in either 13” or 14”, the NEW Pro Plus brake system is sure to look as good as it performs! 

The Baer 6P Caliper Performance Features:

6-piston configuration delivers increased driver control (modulation) and more immediate onset
Staggered bore sizes minimize pad taper
Stainless pistons reduce thermal-transfer from the caliper and pads into the brake fluid 2-piece construction employs 6-crossbolts to maximize caliper stiffness and rigidity
Stiffest possible caliper design. The single most important performance element of any caliper, stiffness is the ability of the caliper to maintain its shape under all braking conditions. This optimizes the pad to rotor interface and provides the highest possible force while delivering the best “feedback” to the driver under the widest possible braking conditions. In short, Baer has it, the others don’t!
Lightweight; Our new design allows for optimal performance, yet weighs in at just 6.5 pounds!

 The ultra-smooth exterior of the 6P is then finished in a RED (STANDARD), BLACK or SILVER are no cost options
6P calipers are standard in all Baer Claw® PRO-PLUS systems
PRO-PLUS systems are available in 13 or 14”
Front 6-piston diameters are 1.625 / 1.375 / 1.1875 inches
Rear 6-piston diameters are 1.1875 / 1.125 / 1.000 inches
All PRO-PLUS systems feature curved vane, directional, 2-piece rotors
